Warranty Policies :-
- This product is covered with - 2 years warranty plus 1 year service warranty.
- We will repair the battery in first two year at no charges.
- During third Service Warranty Year, if we have to change any part while repairing, buyer would have to pay for the parts. However manpower and service charges would be free.
- In case of any issue, buyer would have to call us and inform about the problem. In case, if problem cannot be solved over phone, buyer would have to send this battery back to our manufacturing facility in Faridabad. He/She would have to bear the logistics cost of one side. We would bear the logistics cost while sending it back to buyer (only in India).
- No warranty claim can be made in case of physical damage due to misuse, water or acciden.
