During the years 2008 and 2009, he played an integral role in the groundbreaking Reliance 3G project. This experience not only honed his technical prowess but also ignited his passion for leading teams towards excellence. These years marked the inception of his leadership journey, laying the foundation for future accomplishments.

From 2009 to 2011, he assumed the role of Team Lead, guiding teams of talented professionals to push the boundaries of innovation. This period solidified his belief in the transformative power of collaboration and effective leadership.

In 2011, Sheikh Afzal explored a new avenue by venturing into the garment export sector. This diversification broadened his horizons and provided insights into the intricate interplay between commerce and creativity. It was during this time that he honed his understanding of global markets and sustainable business practices.

His journey reached a significant milestone in 2022, when he took the reins as CEO of Elint Exim Pvt. Ltd. Today, his focus is on fostering an environment of innovation and responsibility. Sahil's journey began earlier, as the Owner of Elint India, where he has been at the helm since January 2020. With an entrepreneurial spirit, he has carved a niche as a premier importer and wholesaler of lithium battery raw materials, making a significant mark in the energy sector. Before embarking on his entrepreneurial ventures, Sahil honed his skills as an Assistant Manager at IndiaMART InterMESH Limited, where he showcased his adeptness in managing complex operations and driving results. His tenure as an acquisition Manager at IndusInd Bank and later as a Team Leader at IndiaMART InterMESH Limited reflected his exceptional leadership and strategic acumen. Sahil's journey is a tapestry of diverse experiences and achievements. He has served as a Quality Analyst at EOS (Eureka Outsourcing Solutions) and as a Sales Manager at Dynamic Investment Services, gaining invaluable insights into various industries and business functions.
